Cultivation of "Human Intuition" (Hi) in Response to (Ai)

GLE DFINAi and RPA when used for repetitive workflow and basic processing is easy to authenticate and protect against unauthorized modification. Ai for forecasting or analysis will generally include new instructions and constraints. This may include constraints and techniques generated by Ai that will be suspect as well. Humans need to challenge Ai and that can be accomplished with intuition. We call this protective protocol GUARD.  We all can develop intuition or improve our intuition. This can be accomplished with greater knowledge and practice. I will share books that helped me, and articles that can help us all improve intuition.

Psychology says your gut feeling isn’t always random: Here’s why some people trust it more than logic

Daniel Kahneman's influential dual-process theory of thinking describes two broad modes of mental processing. One is fast, automatic and intuitive, while the other is slower, more deliberate and analytical. A gut reaction often resembles the first kind of processing because the brain can produce an impression before a person consciously identifies all the information behind it.

Psychology says people with a great natural instinct may be noticing things others miss: Here’s how they know when something is wrong

But psychology suggests that what people call instinct is not necessarily mysterious or supernatural. In many situations, it may reflect a combination of implicit learning, pattern recognition, emotional processing and accumulated experience.

Einstein, Anne Lamott, and Steve Jobs on Intuition vs. Rationality

"You get your intuition back when you make space for it, when you stop the chattering of the rational mind. The rational mind doesn’t nourish you. You assume that it gives you the truth, because the rational mind is the golden calf that this culture worships, but this is not true. Rationality squeezes out much that is rich and juicy and fascinating".

Steve Jobs reflects in Walter Isaacson’s much-discussed biography of him, one of the best biographies and memoirs of 2011: The people in the Indian countryside don’t use their intellect like we do, they use their intuition instead, and the intuition is far more developed than in the rest of the world… Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect, in my opinion. That’s had a big impact on my work.

Undetected AI Hallucinations Pose the Bigger Business Risk

Humans combine deduction, experience, intuition and abductive reasoning-the ability to form the most likely explanation from incomplete information. Much of that happens subconsciously. AI works differently. Large language models predict statistically probable sequences of language based on patterns learned during training. They do not possess intuition, judgement or genuine understanding.

What is Intuition? (9 Key Points)

Intuition is shaped by experience. Although its source feels mysterious, there is much intelligence built into intuition. For example, experts are known to be able to make quick intuitive calls in areas where they have extensive experience and knowledge. These aren't always completely correct but are vastly more insightful than someone with limited experience in the same field. For example, an extremely experienced pilot is more likely to have a correct gut feeling about what is causing a problem when there are only seconds to figure it out.

He spent 20 years studying the mind then AI changed everything

Good overview of the challenge ahead of us.     Professor Joel Pearson, 48, is a cognitive neuroscientist, author and self-described neurofuturist at UNSW. Known for his research into intuition, imagination and consciousness, he is one of Australia's leading voices on the human impacts of AI. By Georgia Madden August 21, 2026

The Art of Trusting Your Intuition: A Guide to Intuitive Decision Making

This is a strong starting point, because many readers still doubt intuition is real. My experience is different. I see intuition as a genuine human power—something closer to the Monarch butterfly’s thousand mile migration from Eastern Canada to a five acre patch of land in Southwest Mexico, a place they’ve never seen yet navigate to with perfect precision.

Humans once had a version of that internal compass. But as our tools advanced and our communication became more externalized, we slowly traded away the deeper, instinctive intelligence that guided us for millennia. We outsourced awareness. We dulled the signal.

Now AI is forcing us to bring it back. Not as mysticism, but as a critical skill for safer forecasting, better judgment, and stronger decision making in an AI driven world. We call it
GUARD.

If butterflies can find Mexico, humans can certainly reclaim intuition. And we should—because the future will reward those who pair instinct with intelligence, not those who rely on AI alone.

"By examining why we often dismiss our intuition, we can start to build a stronger connection with our inner voice. You will learn to identify the difference between fear and genuine intuition, helping you navigate complex decisions with more confidence. "

"Understanding this process is key to overcoming the self doubt that holds you back from following your true path. I give you some key questions you can use in the Akashic Records in relation to sales in your business

Is It Intuition, or Is It Anxiety?

Jung's typology, intuition sits alongside sensation, thinking, and feeling as one of four functions of consciousness.1 Notice what Jung did not do: He did not classify it as an emotion. He classified it as a legitimate mode of perception, specifically a way of experiencing the world by way of the unconscious.

From Intuition to Impact: The Art of Data Science at Equifax

Lead Data Scientist Steven Liu believes data science requires intuition and a healthy dose of trial and error. Whether he is mastering a line on the slopes after a long week or trying a new recipe in the kitchen, he brings that unique philosophy to his work. "Data science is many times more of an art than a science," Steven says. "Both cooking and data science essentially experiment with ingredients, or inputs, to optimize some sort of output, whether that's flavor or predictive power. You follow recipes and best practices, but you also have to trust your intuition and adapt to ever-changing data."

Conditions for intuitive expertise: a failure to disagree Daniel Kahneman, Gary Klein

Starting from the obvious fact that professional intuition is sometimes marvelous and sometimes flawed, the authors attempt to map the boundary conditions that separate true intuitive skill from overconfident and biased impressions. They conclude that evaluating the likely quality of an intuitive judgment requires an assessment of the predictability of the environment in which the judgment is made and of the individual's opportunity to learn the regularities of that environment.

5 Steps To Develop and Strengthen Your Intuition on YouTube

How strong is your intuition? Do you wish it were more developed?  Intuition is a higher level of consciousness, different from your instinct or gut feel. It is innate and is constantly working to bring you back to awareness. Intuition does not need to be developed or strengthened at all. It's an inner voice that has always been there. You simply need to hear it, trust it, and respond to it. But how? As a neuroscience expert-turned-entrepreneur and executive coach, Dr. Grace clears out the confusion around the term "intuition" and how it can guide you to make responsible choices leading to a positive and motivated life.
